Blue Fork was created in the Blue Mountains in 2014 as a small goods company specialising in handmmade Asian curry paste and various small goods supplying boutique and organic distributors in the Blue Mountains region.
We are now a catering company located on the Northern beaches providing food and hospitality services accommodating any occasion.
Our Head Chef Aldo Ramos has extensive experience in the hospitality industry working in restaurants in Sydney and Blue mountains including fine dining establishments such as Merronys circular quay, Armstrongs at manly and the Grand dining room Carrington Hotel at Katoomba.
Blue Fork can cater for any occasion and a
wide variety of cuisines.
